Art has been incorporated in FBBB since the start. A board design contest attracted talented artists from all over the UK, their works, and those of other artists have been a central part of all the events since and will continue to be a main part of this community.
• FBBB ART DISPLAY @ THE DAILY MAIL SKI SHOW
Following the success of the board art display at ATV Summer Jam, FBBB were invited to participate in the Metro & Daily Mail Ski Show. As well as displays of the boards previously created there was also fresh live work from DBO Ponders, Under the Hat, Macca D, Sazzelli, 2 Pence and Dirty 30 plus giveaways from FBBB, DiFF SH!T and Blue Skin. cH!co played on the Burton Rail jam alongside Jaye Stephenson and Repeat Ophenda and at the show’s after party.
• BOARD DESIGN COMP @ FBBB, MK
We teamed up with Month Rag and ATV to hold this Summer Jam. A board design competition attracted over 50 entrants, 18 of whom were picked to display them, and live art, on a stage-managed by DBO Ponders and Kevin from Under the Hat clothing. Also new additions to the foyer were Thrilly Ltd and Entity. The bar heard sets by dj’s cH!co and Meta and a live PA from Bangers’ Oliver Sudden.
